• I started my career as a radio announcer at the Western Kentucky University campus radio station.  I worked as a radio announcer through several markets in the Southeast to ultimately host morning drive at an album rock station.  It was rare for a woman to host with a male news side-kick.  It was there that I started producing commercials.  I especially enjoyed creative writing and editing the audio sound tracks.  I later moved on to TV and as a TV News Director of an ABC affiliate weekend newscast,  I still found myself drawn to production.  

• Family brought me to Georgia.  My last official gig in radio as Production Manager and later Program Director of a South Atlanta Clear Channel group was a study in downsizing and automation.  Public Service was dead and radio had clearly changed by 2000.  I then began a career in Public Relations to learn more about newspaper advertising.  After commissioning my first client "Parkway Mitsubishi" of LaGrange in December 2006(Thank you for believing in me!), I began CJ Productions.
